How It Works & What to Expect

After placing an order or submitting a mail-in request, you will receive instructions on how to send in your device.

  1. Carefully package your console using bubble wrap, especially around the corners.
  2. Include your order form or a note with your name and contact information inside the box.
  3. Ship the console only unless your service specifically requires additional items.
  4. We recommend using UPS and adding insurance for high-value devices.

Your shipping address and full instructions are provided during checkout or after submitting the mail-in form.

You can choose either option depending on your situation:

  • Place an order if you already know the service you need and want the fastest turnaround.
  • Use the mail-in form if you’re unsure of the issue or want us to review your device before purchasing.

Both options result in the same professional repair process.

Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours after your device arrives. If a specific part is required or additional issues are found, we will contact you before proceeding.
