How to Ship Your Device

Thank you for your order. Your next step is to safely pack and mail in your device for service. Please follow the instructions below so your order can be checked in quickly and without delays.

Important Before You Ship

In most cases, we only need the device itself. Please do not send accessories, chargers, controllers, docks, game cartridges, discs, cases, or other personal items unless we specifically asked for them.

Before You Ship

Please take a few minutes to prepare your device before packaging it. This helps prevent delays during intake, testing, and service.

  • Power the device off completely before shipping.
  • Remove any discs, game cartridges, accessories, chargers, docks, and detachable extras unless specifically requested.
  • If your order includes optional software setup and you want us to use your storage device, leave it inserted. Otherwise, remove it.
  • If your device has a passcode, activation lock, or account restriction, make sure it will not prevent testing after service.
  • If your device is brand new or freshly reset, complete any setup steps needed for basic testing if required.
  • Back up any important save data, files, or personal data before shipping whenever possible.

  • A printed mail-in form or order sheet
  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A short note describing the issue or service requested
  • Only specifically requested parts or accessories, if applicable

  • Controllers, Joy-Cons, docks, chargers, HDMI cables, or power adapters unless requested
  • Game cartridges, discs, styluses, cases, or carrying bags
  • Extra accessories or personal items
  • Original retail packaging unless specifically requested
  • Anything not related to the service you purchased

Your order should include a downloadable PDF form. Please print it out and place it inside the box with your device. This helps us identify your package and match it to your order faster.

Recommended Shipping Method

We recommend using a tracked shipping service such as USPS or UPS. Purchasing postage online can often save money compared to in-store retail prices.

  • Keep your receipt and tracking number until your order has been checked in

  2. Enter your package dimensions and weight
  3. Compare USPS and UPS rates
  4. Choose your preferred service level
  5. Print and attach your shipping label securely

Packaging Instructions

Proper packaging is important. Devices damaged during shipping may delay service or require additional repairs.

Materials You'll Need

  • A sturdy cardboard box sized close to the wrapped device
  • Bubble wrap, packing paper, foam, or other protective material
  • Packing tape
  • Your printed shipping label

Step-by-Step Packing Process

  1. Power off the device completely.
  2. Wrap the device in bubble wrap or packing paper with a protective layer around all sides.
  3. Use a box that fits the wrapped device snugly without too much empty space.
  4. Place your printed mail-in form or order sheet inside the box.
  5. Fill all empty space so the device cannot shift during transit.
  6. Seal the box securely with packing tape on all edges.
  7. Attach the shipping label firmly and make sure it is clearly readable.

After You Ship

  • Monitor tracking until the package shows delivered
  • Please allow 1–2 business days after delivery for pickup, check-in, and order status updates
  • If tracking shows delivered and your order has not been updated after 2 business days, contact us
